Job summary

ASR Group in Louisiana (Arabi) is seeking a Bulk Loading Clerk to assist in verifying, compiling and coordinating documents for all outgoing rail shipments in an industrial food facility.

The role involves coordinating with supply chain, quality, and operations to correct issues, prepare shipping documentation, and report shipments. Requires 3+ years in shipping/receiving and knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Checks invoices and orders to ensure they are recorded accurately for outgoing shipments.
• Works closely with supply chain, quality, and operations to ensure any problems, damages or errors are corrected. This will involve recording data appropriate to the task, including accounting records.
• Responsible for checking as well as the preparation of documentation such as work orders, shipping orders, Bills of ladings, quality inspections, and training reports.
• Responsible for reporting outbound shipments to supply chain and operations
• Attend meetings and complies reports as needed
• Verify employee schedules in UKG
