Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for long periods.
• Mechanical aptitude and knowledge of bulk loading equipment.
• Ability to recognize different grades of sugar.
• Flexible to work various shifts, including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Observes sugar quality to meet guidelines.
• Prepares cars for loading and shipment.
• Operates and cleans bulk loading equipment.
• Moves correct grade sugar to locations.
• Operates scale, conveyors and elevators with controls.
• Performs safety and sanitation duties.
