Job summary

Didion Milling, Inc. in Wisconsin is seeking a Receiving & Inventory Assistant to ensure materials are received accurately, stored efficiently, and available for maintenance and operations teams.

You will work with Procurement, Reliability, and Operations to support inventory accuracy, perform cycle counts, maintain CMMS records, and assist with replenishment and daily warehouse tasks, keeping our facilities running smoothly.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 0-2 years in warehouse, receiving, or inventory preferred.
  • Forklift operation or training is required.
  • Proficient with basic computer skills and inventory systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and organization.
  • Dependable team player committed to safety and accuracy.

Responsibilities

  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and deliveries.
  • Match deliveries to purchase orders and report discrepancies.
  • Organize and maintain stockrooms, receiving areas, and storage locations.
  • Notify departments when materials arrive and are ready for pickup.
  • Assist with inventory audits, cycle counts, and inventory accuracy initiatives.
  • Pull and kit parts for maintenance and reliability work orders.
  • Maintain inventory records in our CMMS system.
  • Monitor inventory levels and help identify replenishment needs.
  • Support procurement activities as needed.

Are you organized, detail-oriented, and someone who takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? Didion is looking for a Receiving & Inventory Assistant to help ensure materials, parts, and supplies are received accurately, stored efficiently, and available when our operations team needs them.

In this role, you'll work closely with Procurement, Reliability, and Operations teams to support inventory accuracy, material flow, and operational readiness across our facilities.

What You'll Do
  • Receive, inspect, and verify incoming materials and deliveries
  • Match deliveries to purchase orders and report discrepancies
  • Organize and maintain stockrooms, receiving areas, and storage locations

What We're Looking For
