Technology Navigators in the Austin, TX area is seeking a Gas and Chemical Systems Bulk Gas Team Lead to own, operate, and improve specialty and bulk gas equipment critical to semiconductor manufacturing.
The lead will guide a diverse engineering team, coordinate with operations, maintenance, and vendors, and drive safety, reliability, and project execution from planning through startup and commissioning of new equipment.
The Gas and Chemical Systems (GCS) Bulk Gas Engineering Team Lead role is focused on leading an engineering team that comprehensively owns, maintains, supports, and improves specialty and bulk gas equipment within a leading semiconductor manufacturing environment in the Austin, Texas area. As part of the Bulk Gas team, you will provide support by interacting with on-site operations and maintenance teams, associated vendors, and internal customer groups to ensure world-class performance of equipment providing critical supply to manufacturing operations.
This position leads the engineering team and ensures effective collaboration with operations and maintenance teams, as well as customer groups, to provide world-class equipment performance in the supply of gases supporting production.
This role is also responsible for supporting the planning, construction, startup, and commissioning of new equipment, as well as the development and execution of projects to improve safety, quality, and reliability. The role will include management and oversight of Hazardous Production Materials (HPM) and places a premium on safety leadership and technical expertise.
