Job summary

MELALEUCA INC is hiring for a full-time on-site role at the Powder Manufacturing Plant in Idaho Falls, Idaho. Responsibilities include weighing and processing bulk product per SOPs, following FDA/FSMA/GMP guidelines, and operating required software tools with a focus on quality and safety.

The position offers a competitive starting pay of $19 per hour (with shift differential), longevity and profit-sharing incentives after layoff periods, and a climate-controlled environment with opportunities

Qualifications

• Able to learn and drive a standup forklift safely.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong math skills for weighing ingredients.
• Able to read and follow directions precisely.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends when needed.
• Must work well in high places and tight spaces.

Responsibilities

• Follow Plant Policies, Safety Policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Operate and document processes using Excel, JDE, RFGen, and MasterControl.
• Communicate process changes clearly to supervisors and shifts.
• Sanitation duties using appropriate cleaning methods and PPE.
• Participate in safety programs and team improvement initiatives.
• Drive a forklift safely through tight spaces and high-traffic areas.
• Assist with inventory control and equipment checks.
• Train or supervise new employees on critical tasks.
