Job summary

ADP, Inc. is seeking a Dispatcher to assign drivers and vehicles to freight routes, coordinating with DOT regulations and fleet maintenance. You will track assignments in the company database and work with supply chain, customer service, and sales to communicate delivery status.

Responsibilities

• Dispatch customer orders on Tilley bulk and package trucks using online routing software.
• Own on-time delivery performance of third party carriers for division shipments.
• Coordinate pick up of purchase orders from vendors and RGAs from customers.
• Provide delivery status to customer service and sales.
• Work with maintenance provider to ensure trucks are maintained and repairs are completed in a timely manner and documented.
• Train drivers on company policies and ensure DOT regulations are adhered to.

Salary Range: $55,000.00 To $57,000.00 Annually

Job Summary

The Dispatcher assigns drivers and vehicles to convey freight to their assigned destinations. Coordinates and trains drivers according to and in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Tracks driver, vehicle, and order assignments in computer database. Coordinates calibrations, repairs, and other fleet maintenance activities. Coordinate with supply chain, customer service, and sales to communicate delivery status and pick up of purchase orders.

Essential Functions / General Accountabilities

Job Qualifications
