Job summary

Goodkind, founded in 2010 near the Austin area, is seeking a Compounder to manufacture bulk products at scale following approved procedures and GMP guidelines. The role emphasizes precise formulation, quality standards, and proper documentation while working with tanks, mixers, pumps, and homogenizers in a safe environment.

Responsibilities include efficient batch completion, equipment handling, and maintaining a clean work area.

Qualifications

• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stand for a significant portion of the shift.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Willingness to work overtime and/or weekend shifts as required.

Responsibilities

• Follow step-by-step manufacturing procedures using good documentation practices.
• Accurately compound bulk products per formulation and SOPs.
• Operate equipment such as tanks, mixers, pumps, and homogenizers and scan materials in Batchmaster.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compliant work area and report equipment issues.
