Surestaff is seeking a Compounder/Batch Mixer in South Holland, IL to weigh chemicals and blend batches according to recipes, while documenting all steps per SOPs. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in chemical batching, strong math/reading skills, and GMP/OSHA familiarity.

The role is first shift with potential weekend work and offers $24-28/hour plus a benefits package including health, dental and vision. Healthcare programs and weekly pay are included.

Qualificações

• High school diploma or GED required; math and reading proficiency expected.
• 5+ years as a compounder in chemical processing/manufacturing, cosmetics/personal care preferred.
• Familiarity with raw materials and chemical blending reactions.
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills; GMP/OSHA knowledge.
• Able to work first shift and weekends as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Pre-weighing materials for batching and following batch recipes.
• Document batching activities and records per SOPs.
• Handle and store raw materials; calibrate and maintain equipment.
• Assist with production line setup and inventory management.
• Ensure clean, sanitary batching area and compliance with safety policies.
