Job summary

Goodkind Co in the Austin area (Round Rock, TX) is seeking a Compounder to manufacture bulk products according to approved procedures, maintaining accuracy and quality.

You will operate equipment such as tanks, mixers, pumps, and homogenizers, document steps, and adhere to GMP and safety standards. The role requires a high attention to detail and reliable attendance, with opportunity for overtime.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in science preferred.
• Excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Ability to stand for long shifts and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Willing to work overtime and weekends as production requires.
• Able to perform basic math calculations.
• Onsite daily with reliable attendance.
• Consistently meet individual and team goals daily.
• Cross-functional collaboration across the organization.

Responsibilities

• Follow large-scale manufacturing procedures with proper documentation.
• Accurately compound bulk products per formulation with quality standards.
• Adhere to SOPs to ensure consistency and GMP compliance.
• Operate tanks, mixers, pumps, and homogenizers; use Batchmaster to scan materials.
• Complete daily compounding tasks efficiently and timely.
• Wear PPE and work safely with materials and equipment.
• Report equipment issues; tag and isolate faulty gear for removal.
• Keep a clean, safe, organized work area per safety guidelines.
• Support supervisor with additional tasks to help the department.
