Job summary

Job&Talent US is recruiting for a Compounder in Wharton, NJ to weigh, mix, and compound cosmetic and OTC drug products in a regulated setting. Shifts include 11pm–7am and 3pm–11pm with hourly pay of $29–$31.

Requires 2+ years in cosmetic compounding within an FDA-regulated environment, and hands-on experience with weighing, dispensing, and using mixing equipment. cGMP/GDP knowledge is essential.

• Weigh and dispense raw materials per batch records.
• Operate and monitor mixing and compounding equipment.
• Maintain real-time manufacturing documentation following ALCOA+.
• Ensure compliance with safety procedures and PPE standards.

Salary: USD29 - USD31 per hour

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Compounder to work with a leading manufacturing company in Wharton. This role involves weighing, mixing, and compounding raw materials to produce high-quality cosmetic and OTC drug products in a strictly regulated environment.

Shift Patterns

• 3rd Shift: 11pm to 7am
• 2nd Shift: 3pm to 11pm

Pay Rates

• 29.00 - 31.00 USD hourly

Essential Requirements for Compounder

• More than 2 years of experience in cosmetic compounding in an FDA-regulated environment.
• More than 2 years of experience weighing, dispensing, and compounding raw materials for cosmetic products.
• More than 2 years of operating mixing, blending, or compounding equipment.
• Understanding of compliance with cGMP and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).

Skills Requirements for Compounder

• Technical knowledge of cGMP and GDP requirements and 21 CFR Parts 210 & 211.
• Knowledge of Cosmetic GMP guidelines (ISO 22716).

Role Tasks for Compounder

• Weigh and dispense raw materials according to batch records.
• Operate and monitor mixing and compounding equipment such as tanks, kettles, and homogenizers.
• Complete manufacturing documentation accurately and in real time following ALCOA+ principles.
• Maintain compliance with safety procedures, PPE standards, and process parameters.
