Job summary

Rippling, Inc. is seeking a Compounder I to produce basic bulk products such as scrubs and washes in a GMP-compliant environment. You will operate approved processing equipment, record data, and participate in quality checks under supervision.

The role emphasizes following master formulas, maintaining training, and collaborating with a compounding team to ensure safety, quality, and timely production in a regulated cosmetic/ OTC setting.

Qualifications

• High school education or GED required.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred; training within 90 days of hire.
• Read and interpret written process instructions in English.

Responsibilities

• Manufacture basic product batches (scrubs, washes and other surfactant systems) per master formula.
• Operate processing equipment you are trained and qualified for.
• Complete and maintain required cGMP, SOP, safety and training.
