Job summary

Kdc One in Groveport, OH is hiring a Compounder (Mixing & Batching). You will blend ingredients, run batching equipment, and ensure quality of bulk products for beauty brands.

This full-time role involves standing for long shifts, lifting up to 80 lbs, and maintaining GMP and OSHA standards. You will document processes in SAP, support maintenance, and work in a fast-paced, chemical-friendly environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience in compounding, pre-weigh, or processing preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP and OSHA basics; PPE procedures.
• Ability to lift up to 80 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Comfort around hot water, cleaners, and industrial equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Stage and measure raw materials to create batches of bulk product.
• Operate batching tanks, mixers, and equipment to exact specifications.
• Conduct visual quality checks and report anything unusual.
• Clean and sanitize equipment to keep everything shiny and compliant.
• Collect in-process samples for lab testing and adjust as needed.
• Document everything in SAP to keep inventory clean.
• Partner with maintenance teams on calibrations and upkeep.
• Work safely in a fast-paced, wet, and chemical-friendly environment.

Location: kdc/one Groveport

Full-Time: 6am-6pm OR 6pm-6am 2-2-3 Schedule
