Coca-Cola Bottling Co. Consolidated is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist in Chesterfield to support the POD Model within a 24/7 operation.

This role coordinates with customers, merchandisers and drivers to ensure route coverage, manage orders, and handle inventory effectively. Responsibilities include merchandising on routes, executing promotions, organizing back rooms, and building store relationships through proactive communication and timely execution.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0–1 years of work experience expected.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsabilités

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and the shelf according to procedures and special programs. Provides vacation coverage to the Bulk Account Merchandiser and POD Merchandiser.
• Manages, sells, and executes in an assigned group of customers on daily, pre-set routes and generates sales orders based on the assigned delivery frequency for each customer to ensure day-to-day success and contribute to revenue, volume and gross profit.
• Executes applicable promotions and new products based on target lists, LOS initiatives, marketing promotions, POS, and plans to ensure excellence in RED scores for assigned customers.
• Organizes and maintains back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor, arranging returns of pallets and shells, damaged/ dated products to the branch.
• Creates and distributes point-of-sale materials on display and shelves; rotates product; fills and merchandises Fastlane merchandisers and vendors; checks vendor operations.
• Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up, proactive pricing, special programs, new opportunities and upcoming activities.
• Identifies and communicates competitive issues or market activities that could impact the business and performs duties safely.
• May be the first call point for late PM/early AM weekends ensuring proper route coverage, and acting as liaison between the customer, merchandiser and driver for order refusals and inventory overload.
