Job summary

Heartland Coca-Cola Bottling Company, LLC is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD Model within a flexible, 24/7 operation. This role may cover vacations for other merchandisers and act as liaison among customer, merchandiser, and driver for route coverage.

You will execute promotions, manage shelves, and ensure accurate returns and inventory, while delivering strong customer relationships and safe, compliant store visits across assigned accounts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of work experience typical.
• Valid Driver's License required.

Responsibilities

• Fills, merchandise, and rotates products on display and shelf per procedures.
• Manages, sells, and executes for a group of customers on daily routes and generates sales orders.
• Executes promotions and new products per LOS initiatives and marketing plans.
• Organizes back room, stacks and arranges product, and handles returns.
