Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated in South Bend is seeking a Bulk Account Merchandiser Specialist to support the POD model within a 24/7 operation. You will cover routes, coordinate with customers, merchandisers, and drivers, and help maintain inventory and display execution.

The role emphasizes safe work practices, weekend coverage when needed, and collaboration with store personnel to maximize revenue, volume and gross profit.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-1 years of work experience.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Fill, merchandise, and rotate products on display per procedures.
• Sell and execute on a group of customers on daily routes.
• Support promotions and new products as per plans to improve RED scores.
• Organize back room and return pallets, damaged items, and outdated product.
• Distribute POS materials and rotate stock at shelves.
• Build business relationships with store personnel and follow up on requests.
• Be the first point of contact on late PM/early AM weekends for coverage.
