Job summary

Coca-Cola Consolidated is hiring a Bulk Account Merchandiser to manage daily routes, place orders, and implement promotions across assigned customers. You will merchandise displays, ensure compliance with programs, and maintain backroom organization to support smooth operations.

The role requires strong communication, customer service experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment while lifting up to 50 lbs. A high school diploma or GED is required.

Qualifications

• Must have effective communication skills including listening, speaking, and writing.
• Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting.
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively).
• Critical thinking skills and initiative to learn.

Responsibilities

• Manages, sells, and executes for an assigned group of customers on daily routes and generates orders to support revenue and gross profit.
• Executes promotions and new products per LOS initiatives and marketing plans to ensure strong RED scores.
• Rotates and merchandises products on display and shelves per procedures and programs.
• Organizes back room by stacking and arranging product by package and flavor and handles returns and damaged goods.
