Job summary

ASTEMO AMERICAS, INC. is seeking a Manufacturing Bulge Line Operator for the 3rd shift. The role requires operating and maintaining the bulge line, performing quality checks, and documenting line progress.

You will communicate issues to the Manufacturing Section Head and ensure adherence to safety standards. The candidate should have at least 2 years of hands-on manufacturing experience, familiarity with measurement tools, and basic computer skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years hands-on experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with measuring tools (calipers, mics, height gauge, dial indicators) preferred.
• LOTO training and basic computer skills (word, spreadsheets, presentations, email) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain the bulge line and perform required quality checks.
• Document line activity and report issues to leadership.
• Support safety, quality, and productivity improvements on the line.
• Troubleshoot downtime and equipment issues to minimize downtime while following SOPs.
• Assist in ISO controlled documentation and waste handling as required.
