Job summary

Astemo Americas, Inc. is seeking a Group Lead for the D Shift (Mon–Thu, 5:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.) to oversee production line performance in our Georgia facility.

This role emphasizes teamwork, safety, and adherence to quality and process standards. Responsibilities include coordinating with engineering, maintenance and quality, reviewing production outputs, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives while promoting a clean, safe, and efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Lead and supervise in a manufacturing environment.
• Read and follow complex work instructions and reports.
• Demonstrate basic math and measurement skills for production tasks.

Responsibilities

• Maintain overall control of the production line and ensure smooth operation.
• Coordinate with Manufacturing Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality to resolve issues.
• Communicate daily production activities with Supervisors.
• Support troubleshooting for product performance or quality concerns.
• Promote a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Record production data and downtime and ensure accurate reporting.
