Job summary

OpenTrain is recruiting a Buildium Workflow AI Training Specialist to document and complete realistic property management workflows within Buildium. You will use hands-on property management knowledge to create high-quality interaction data for AI system development, while showing how properties, tenants, leases, payments, and maintenance are handled in the platform.

This remote contractor role requires recording and explaining workflows, creating rubrics, and reviewing outputs for accuracy

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience using Buildium in a professional property management environment.
• Practical experience with property operations, tenant and lease management, maintenance coordination, or related workflows.
• Current access to Buildium and the ability to use it independently.
• Comfort recording and sharing your screen while demonstrating workflows, including appearing on camera.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to explain processes clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned Buildium workflows using practical property management experience.
• Create, update, and manage property, tenant, and lease information according to workflow instructions.
• Handle common tenant management, leasing, rent tracking, payment, and maintenance workflows.
• Record your screen and clearly demonstrate the actions and decisions taken.
• Document workflow steps and explain the Buildium tools, features, and actions used.
• Create realistic prompts and detailed rubrics based on completed workflows.
• Review task outputs for accuracy and alignment with project quality standards.
