Qualifications

• 1+ years of cleaning experience is required.
• Ability to work independently and effectively prioritize cleaning, groundskeeping, trash removal, and light maintenance tasks.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior common areas, vacants, and shared spaces to maintain a welcoming environment.
• Collect and dispose of trash; maintain grounds and exterior areas.
• Perform light maintenance tasks: basic plumbing/electrical, replace filters, install blinds.
• Assist with property tours/inspections and apartment preparation as needed.
