Job summary

Aeon is seeking a janitorial professional to maintain a clean, safe, welcoming environment at Chicago Avenue and Buri Manor in Minneapolis, MN. You’ll handle cleaning, groundskeeping, and light maintenance to support residents and staff.

This in-person, full-time role offers a Monday–Friday schedule, competitive pay of $20–$22/hour, strong benefits, and no on-call shifts. Aeon values diversity, inclusion, and community impact in everyday work.

Qualifications

• 1+ years cleaning experience required.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize cleaning, groundskeeping, trash removal, and light maintenance tasks.
• Interpersonal communication that is culturally responsive.

Responsibilities

• Clean interior common areas, vacant apartments, offices and restrooms; maintain appearance.
• Vacuum, sweep, mop, dust, and sanitize surfaces; clean windows and fixtures.
• Collect and dispose of trash; maintain dumpster and grounds; remove litter.
• Assist with groundskeeping and seasonal tasks including light snow removal and salting.
• Perform light maintenance: plumbing snaking, changing bulbs, filters, blinds installation.
• Support with routine maintenance and apartment preparation as assigned.
