Aeon is seeking a general maintenance professional to join the maintenance team at The Minneapolis 220, a 220-unit, scattered site community in Minneapolis and Edina.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property and ensuring Aeon's standards are met across preventative maintenance, safety, property appearance, and overall building operations. This role supports the day-to-day upkeep of the community and helps ensure residents live in a safe, well-maintained environment.
Responsibilities include completing maintenance work orders, performing preventative maintenance, assisting with apartment turnovers, and supporting general building upkeep such as trash removal and chute maintenance.
This position reports to the Property Manager, with leadership from the Maintenance Supervisor.

Aeon will support the Maintenance Technician in obtaining required certifications by covering training and licensing costs where applicable.
This position has a range of pay between $26-$28/hr depending on experience and skillset. This full-time position follows a Monday – Friday schedule from 8:30am to 5pm. Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role, including occasional adjustments for resident events, community activities, meetings, or other property-related responsibilities. This is an in-person role based at the assigned property, with occasional work at Aeon\'s Central Office, training facilities, or other properties as needed.
