Aeon is seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join the team at Mary Hall, an 88‑unit permanent supportive housing community located in historic Downtown St. Paul, providing housing for veterans experiencing homelessness, individuals prioritized through homelessness response systems, and others in need of affordable housing.
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical condition of the property and ensuring Aeon's standards are met across preventative maintenance, safety, property appearance, and overall building operations. This role supports the day‑to‑day upkeep of the community and helps ensure residents live in a safe, well‑maintained environment.
This position reports to the Property Manager.

This is a Monday–Friday schedule from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Flexibility may be required to meet the needs of the role, including occasional adjustments for resident events, community activities, meetings, or other property‑related responsibilities. This is an in‑person role based at the assigned property, with occasional work at Aeon's Central Office, training facilities, or other properties as needed.
