Job summary

Colorado Psychiatric is seeking a Building Engineer to manage day-to-day operations for a multi-building portfolio in Cherry Creek North.

You will perform preventive maintenance on building systems, coordinate with the Lead Engineer and Property Manager, and respond to tenant requests while ensuring safety and compliance. This on-site role requires strong communication and hands-on maintenance skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum three years' experience in building/facility maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED and Colorado driver's license required.
• OSHA 10 certification desired, not required.
• NATE and EPA Universal certifications desired.
• City of Denver Stationary Engineer License desired.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day operations and minor repairs to facilities, structure and equipment.
• Complete preventative and general maintenance schedules for building equipment.
• Maintain inventory of building supplies and materials.
• Inspect and maintain vacant units across properties.
• Process work orders and tenant requests from start to finish.
• Provide on-call emergency support 24/7 on rotation.
• Assist with subcontractor access and preventive maintenance contracts.
• Support with life safety systems and building systems checks.
