Western is seeking a Building Engineer to oversee day-to-day operations and keep a mixed-use portfolio—Class A office and retail—in excellent condition in Cherry Creek North, Denver. You’ll handle minor repairs, preventative maintenance, and on-call support to ensure safe, efficient buildings.

You will liaison with the Lead Engineer and Property Manager to ensure compliance, manage inventories, and document work orders from start to finish while prioritizing tenant satisfaction and safety.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum three years' experience in building/facility maintenance.
• High School Diploma or GED and a Colorado driver's license.
• OSHA 10 is desirable but not required.
• NATE Certification is desirable but not required.
• EPA Universal Certification is desirable but not required.
• City of Denver Stationary Engineer License is desirable but not required.

Aufgaben

• Perform day-to-day operations and minor repairs to facility systems under Lead Engineer guidance.
• Complete preventative and general maintenance schedules for building equipment.
• Maintain inventory of building supplies and materials; replenish as needed.
• Inspect and maintain vacant units across properties and complete work orders.
• Provide on-call emergency support 24/7 on a rotation basis.
• Assist with subcontractor access and contract implementation for maintenance tasks.
