Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Mobile Building Engineer to ensure efficient operation and maintenance of mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems for assigned properties, including rounds, preventive maintenance, and safety compliance. The role involves building upkeep, energy management, and timely repairs to maintain a comfortable environment.

Tampa, FL location and a strong technical background are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Graduate of apprentice program or trade school preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mechanical, electrical and plumbing systems.
• Perform preventive maintenance per Cushman & Wakefield standards.
• Inspect and repair HVAC equipment, pumps, and controls.
• Ensure safety and housekeeping on the property.
• Document activities and report to supervisor.
