Cushman & Wakefield in United States is seeking a Mobile Facilities Engineer to maintain building systems including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical across client sites. This role emphasizes preventive maintenance, safety, and reliable operation.

You will work with a team to inspect equipment, respond to emergencies, travel between properties as needed, and ensure compliance with codes while keeping detailed reports and inventory.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Graduate of an apprentice program or trade school preferred.
• Minimum of four years of technical experience in building engineering with HVAC, plumbing, electrical.
• Valid state driver’s license; EPA Section 608 Universal refrigerant certification.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and repairs on facility mechanical, electrical, lighting, and related systems.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC, electrical distribution, plumbing, and building systems.
• Conduct inspections and report conditions impacting occupancy and operations.
• Respond to emergencies; may require light travel between properties.
• Operate boilers, heaters, pumps, valves, and steam/heated water distribution.
• Maintain stock and inventory control.
• Suggest improvements to the preventive maintenance program.
• Submit monthly reports to management describing building operations.
• Familiarize with building automation and fire/life safety systems.
• Follow safety codes and maintain required licenses.
