Job summary

The role supports preventive maintenance, ensures compliance with codes, and drives energy efficiency across mechanical and electrical systems. Prior experience with safety protocols and Microsoft Office is preferred, with a focus on collaborative problem solving.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma or GED with 4-5 years of related experience, or equivalent experience/education.
• Proficiencies in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to exercise judgment from multiple information sources and lead teams.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, electrical, and control systems to keep facilities compliant with standards.
• Follow codes, regulations and safety directives for building operations.
• Maintain an energy management program and optimize system performance for efficiency.
• Support preventive maintenance and emergency repairs as needed.
• Coach colleagues and share knowledge to improve discipline breadth across teams.
