Job summary

Bell & Associates, Inc. is seeking a Building Technician to operate and maintain a three-building commercial campus, owning daily building systems, preventive maintenance, and repairs across HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing.

You will respond to tenant needs, conduct routine inspections, log readings, coordinate with outside vendors, and help ensure safety, fire/life safety, and code compliance. The role also supports tenant improvements and general upkeep, with occasional after-hours

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience maintaining commercial buildings.
• Working knowledge of HVAC, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
• HVAC or CFC universal certification a plus.
• Ability to read and interpret building schematics and equipment manuals.
• Ability to respond to after-hours or emergency calls as needed.

Responsibilities
