Working Title: Building Services Worker - Rock Eagle - Temporary

Location: Rock Eagle 4-H Center

Duties/Responsibilities

• Prepares cottages and buildings for the arrival of and use by guests of Rock Eagle 4-H Center.
• Sweeps, mops, scrub floors, dusts and cleans furniture, washes windows, walls, trash cans and glass doors.
• Cleans buildings and cottages public areas, restrooms, and drinking fountains.
• Replenishes supplies in supply closets.
• Empties trash and sweeps outside walkways and porches.
• Operates vacuums, wet vacuums, shampooer and other floor machines.
• Complete setup of meeting facilities by arranging tables and chairs according to the guests’ requirements.
• Operate laundry; sorting, washing/drying, folding and storing linens.
• Prepare for guest linen requests.
• Inspect cottages and buildings.
• Document work orders for cottages and buildings.
