Job summary

Partner ESI is seeking a full-time Building Science Project Engineer in Phoenix, AZ, to conduct Property and Facility Condition Assessments. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Architecture or Engineering and extensive experience in property inspections.

Responsibilities include evaluating building systems and preparing technical reports. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent communication skills. This hybrid role involves travel for site visits and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering or construction/cost estimating.
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections.
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems.
• Technical report authoring and preparation of quality supporting documents.
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams)

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Ability to cultivate strong relationships within a team

Strong skills in observation, deduction, and reasoning

Education

Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Architecture or Engineering
