Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering, or construction.
• 3+ years performing property inspections.
• 2+ years completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate system conditions.
• Provide recommendations for repairs and replacements.
• Prepare technical reports and supporting documents.
• Plan and track project timelines and communicate progress.
• Coordinate requests for changes in project scope.

Skills

Proficient in Microsoft Office

Excellent writing and verbal communication skills

Ability to work on projects concurrently

Strong skills in observation, deduction, and reasoning

Familiar with civil, structural, and geotechnical engineering principles
