Partner Engineering and Science, Inc. is seeking an experienced Building Science Project Engineer in Minneapolis to perform Property & Facility Condition Assessments and due diligence reports for CRE clients.

The role requires 5+ years in architecture/engineering, strong writing and communication, site reconnaissance, and coordination with project managers. The position is hybrid with weekly site visits; travel is involved, and the compensation ranges from $70,000 to $95,000 with a comprehensive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in architecture or civil/mechanical engineering.
• 5+ years of experience in architecture, engineering and/or construction/cost estimating.
• 3+ years of experience performing property inspections.
• 2+ years of experience completing similar work for financial institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments of buildings to evaluate the condition of the building systems and provide repair recommendations.
• Perform site reconnaissance, data compilation and project research (historical, regulatory).
• Prepare technical reports and quality supporting documents (maps, appendices).
• Plan, schedule, and track project timelines; communicate progress to PM and client.
• Provide solid recommendations and solutions while considering transaction impact.
• Coordinate and respond to changes in project scope.
