Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day workplace operations across corporate facilities.
• Lead receptionist and mailroom services, security, and space utilization.
• Manage access-control processes and badge administration.
• Plan office moves and workspace readiness with HR/IT.
• Develop service standards, KPIs, and reporting.
• Manage vendor relationships and contracted services.
• Develop and manage operating budgets and cost savings.
