Job summary

GGP is seeking an Office Buildings Operations Manager to lead the cost-effective operation, maintenance, and long-term preservation of two office buildings. You will assist the General Manager in delivering metrics on physical operations, construction coordination, and safety compliance.

Key focus areas include building systems, preventive maintenance, tenant coordination, and capital budgeting, with a strong emphasis on cost efficiency and safety.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 5+ years in office buildings or facilities management.
• Strong knowledge of building systems: fire, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.
• Demonstrated leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and Yardi platforms.

Responsibilities

• Operate clean, well-maintained office buildings to provide tenants with a positive experience.
• Oversee physical assets to maintain standards cost-effectively.
• Prepare and manage multi-year capital and operating expense plans and projects.
• Develop tenant relationships to regulate compliance and leasing support.
• Implement preventive maintenance programs and vendor compliance.
• Ensure safety systems are code compliant and properly documented.
• Support Safety, Health and Environment programs and sustainability efforts.
