Job summary

FirstService Residential is seeking an Operations Staff member for West Palm Beach, FL. The role focuses on greeting residents and guests, registering visitors, and assisting in property operations while maintaining logs and responding to emergencies.

This is a full-time position reporting to the Director of Operations. Responsibilities include monitoring control and emergency systems, delivering strong customer service, and ensuring safety across the property.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• FA CPR AED Certification is desirable.
• 2–3 years of experience in a similar position preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates excellent customer service, communication, and time management skills.
• Monitors Control Systems and Emergency Response Systems.
• Responds to emergency situations promptly.
• Maintains daily logs, records, and forms accurately.
• Maintains a safe and secure environment throughout the building/property.
• Works shifts as property needs dictate.
