Qualifications

• Two to three years of business experience preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalency preferred.
• College level courses in business or hospitality preferred.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Multiple language fluency is desirable.
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Meet and greet residents; check guests and service providers in/out.
• Monitor Emergency Response System and Electronic Security Control Systems.
• Provide excellent customer service and manage time effectively.
• Direct residents, guests, and invitees; maintain daily logs and forms.
• Respond to emergencies promptly and carry out safety procedures.
• Maintain a safe, secure environment throughout the building.
• Support on-site property management as needed.
