Qualifications

• Three years related experience in building maintenance.
• Valid NYC Certificate of Qualification for Refrigerating System Operating Engineer (Q-01).
• Experience with electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to respond to building conditions and operate BMS systems.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative maintenance and repairs.
