Job summary

QXO in McAllen, TX is seeking a customer-focused professional to join its Customer Service & Sales team. You will be the primary contact for customers by phone, email, and walk-ins, handling quotes, orders, pricing, and product information while delivering exceptional service.

You will coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and delivery teams to ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and build strong relationships with contractors, builders, homeowners, and vendors.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Business, Construction, or related field is a plus
• Experience in building materials or related industries preferred
• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for customers via phone, email, and walk-in inquiries
• Receive and process requests for quotations, orders, returns, cancellations, pricing, and billing inquiries
• Provide accurate pricing, quotations, and product recommendations
• Coordinate order fulfillment with warehouse, delivery, and production teams
• Maintain customer accounts and record sales activity in company systems
• Support Outside Sales through quotation preparation and account management
