Erie Materials Inc. in Scranton, PA, is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to provide outstanding sales and service support within a fast-paced environment. You will handle a high volume of product sales, price quotes, order entry and delivery scheduling while maintaining strong customer relationships.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 2 years of related work experience and/or training in sales; or an equivalent combination.
• A valid driver’s license is preferred.
• Exceptional time management and organizational skills are required.
• Knowledge of building materials is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Communicate and work effectively with customers, vendors, management, dispatch and other employees.
• Provide service for Erie Materials’ customers including greeting customers, providing product information, quotes and promotions.
• Identify and sell additional accessories and products related to orders and follow up on potential orders.
• Enter orders into the ERP system and schedule deliveries; coordinate with dispatch and warehouse.
