Silvi Materials is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our Concrete Sales team in Fallsington, PA. You will handle inquiries, advise customers, and prepare quotes while coordinating with dispatch and logistics to ensure timely deliveries.

You will build lasting relationships with contractors, builders, and homeowners, upsell products, and contribute to market growth through knowledge of mix designs and additives. A customer-focused, results-driven mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of sales experience as a plus.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound inquiries and provide product recommendations based on project needs.
• Coordinate quotes, processing, and delivery timing with dispatch and logistics.
• Maintain customer relationships and pursue repeat business.
• Collaborate with outside sales and marketing to generate leads.
• Update CRM with leads, opportunities, and sales activity.
