Job summary

New Castle Building Products, Inc. is seeking a dynamic sales professional to call on existing customers, generate new accounts, and provide accurate quotes. You will coordinate quotes and deliveries with the inside sales team and help resolve customer concerns while staying current on product lines.

Bi-lingual skills are a plus, and a collaborative, fast-paced environment awaits. Responsibilities include maintaining relationships, managing CRM, and supporting branch leadership as needed.

Qualifications

• Residential sales or field sales experience preferred.
• Bi-lingual a plus to support diverse customers.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Call on existing customer accounts to grow revenue.
• Generate new accounts and opportunities outside the office.
• Provide accurate and prompt quotes to customers.
• Follow up on quotes and awarded projects.
• Coordinate quotes and deliveries with inside sales.
• Assist with resolving customer concerns and questions.
• Attend industry and product seminars when required.
• Prepare computer-generated work orders for customers.
• Collaborate with Branch Manager and stay informed on product changes.
• Additional duties as assigned by management.
