Job summary

J.B. Hunt Transport, Inc. is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to oversee ongoing maintenance of our facility.

You will work with HVAC, plumbing, electrical and general repairs and ensure safe operations. The role involves outdoor work, varying shifts including nights and weekends, and the use of a range of hand and electrical tools. A high school diploma or GED is required, with up to 3 years in building maintenance preferred.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or GED.
• Experience in building maintenance up to 3 years.
• Able to work outdoors and across nights/weekends if needed.

Responsibilities

• Repair and maintain plumbing, electrical and HVAC systems.
• Calibrate instruments and tools for job tasks.
• Maintain safety systems and respond to emergencies.
• Work with tools and supplies to complete projects.
• Respond to tenant reports of mechanical issues.
• Coordinate with facilities management for external expertise.
