Hampton Inn & Suites downtown Phoenix is seeking a Building Maintenance team member. Starting at $20/hour, experienced candidates may qualify for higher wages.

Must be available day shift Sunday through Thursday and have at least 1 year of building maintenance experience. This role supports guest rooms and outdoor areas, performing preventative maintenance, cleaning and safety checks, keeping grounds, pool and general areas up to brand standards.

Competenze

• Minimum 1 year of building maintenance experience.
• General knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and building construction.
• Operation knowledge of common power and hand tools.
• Ability to perform task-oriented repetitive duties accurately and on time.
• Ability to be patient and creatively solve problems.

Mansioni

• Performs guest room preventive maintenance duties such as painting, battery replacement, smoke detector checks and HVAC cleaning.
• Maintains the grounds, landscaping, outbuildings and parking areas in a clean, neat, safe and attractive manner.
• Assists in maintaining pool, spa and general area of the property according to local codes and brand standards.
• Promptly responds to reports of guest problems and concerns.
