Job summary

ARK in Boca Raton, FL is seeking a Building Maintenance Technician to ensure smooth hotel operations by maintaining guest rooms, common areas, meeting spaces, restaurants, fitness centers and pools.

Responsibilities include preventative maintenance, troubleshooting plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general carpentry, and responding promptly to guest requests while keeping all mechanical areas clean and orderly.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Proficient with tools and equipment; basic computer skills (Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or GED; or 1–3 years related experience.

• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC and general repairs.

• Ensure safety and cleanliness of public spaces through daily inspections.

We are seeking a skilled Building Maintenance Technician to join our team and ensure the smooth operation and upkeep of our hotel facilities. Compensation

$18.50 - $19 hourly

Qualifications

• Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
