Qualifications: • Proficiency with tools and equipment, as well as basic computer skills (e.g., Microsoft Excel, Outlook). • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. • Availability for on-call hours, including weekends. • Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 pounds as needed. • Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical systems, HVAC, and general repairs.
