Job summary

Responsibilities

• Upkeeps and updates facility lighting, including re-lamping and repairs.
• Maintains and upgrades plumbing systems and drains.
• Performs general carpentry and painting.
• Repairs concrete floors, walls, and bollards; masonry work.
• Electrical work—installing and troubleshooting commercial wiring.
• HVAC troubleshooting and maintenance.
