Job summary

The Coca-Cola Company in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Facilities/Building Maintenance Technician II for the 2nd shift. You will perform diversified duties to troubleshoot, repair and maintain building and plant utility equipment.

Responsibilities include mechanical, electrical, HVAC systems; reading schematics; using SAP CMMS; performing preventive maintenance; and coordinating with external contractors. You must be able to lift 50 lbs and work extended hours as required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent is required.
• Minimum 3 years related work experience.
• Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Repair plant building components and systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, drywall, and carpentry.
• Troubleshoot and repair plant utility equipment such as HVAC, boilers, condensate pumps, chillers.
• Use SAP CMMS to generate work orders and document repairs.
• Perform preventive maintenance and be available for extended hours, weekends, and holidays when needed.
