Building Maintenance Technician
One Lincoln Park in Dayton, OH is looking to hire a full-time Building Maintenance Technician to perform general maintenance and handyman duties at our retirement community. This maintenance position earns a competitive wage of $20-22.00/hour. A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN
As a Maintenance Technician, you work directly with our maintenance team to ensure the integrity of our building and its operations. You respond timely to work orders and are patient with others. You manage your time effectively and prioritize your work accordingly. Using your mechanical skills, you enjoy helping others and take pride in your work. You always maintain a high level of professionalism and respect. Your satisfaction comes from enriching the lives of our senior adults!
