Overview

As we continue to build our team in support of our vision to be the world’s best and most trusted mobility company, Enterprise Fleet Management, a business line of Enterprise Mobility, is excited to announce the opening of an Automotive Service Advisor!

The Service Advisor will primarily be responsible for applying their automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide support and guidance to Fleet Management leasing offices, clients, and vendors. This includes reviewing orders for scheduled and unscheduled repairs, recommending proper maintenance intervals, repair procedures, and pricing to ensure a properly maintained fleet while minimizing vehicle downtime and maintenance costs.

This is a full-time work-from-home position allowing you to work 100% from your residence in Houston, TX, or surrounding counties. Our department operates Monday through Friday from 6 a.m. to 9 p.m. CST and Saturday from 7 a.m. to 4 p.m. CST. Schedules are based on current business needs.

The pay range is $26.60-$28.60 per hour, with additional compensation for weekend/evening shifts and ASE certifications.

Responsibilities

• Review and apply automotive maintenance and repair expertise to provide timely advice on repair orders.
• Review proposals to ensure proper services are performed according to manufacturer recommendations and appropriate pricing.
• Negotiate pricing adjustments and assess warranty applications, creating purchase orders and explaining procedures to clients and vendors.
• Analyze clients’ needs and repair orders, providing recommendations and gaining approval.
• Identify opportunities for full maintenance service proposals and vehicle cycling strategies.
• Field calls from drivers, evaluate needs, and suggest proper service locations.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Reside in Houston, TX or surrounding counties in Texas.
• Have a minimum of 4 current approved ASE certifications.
• Six months of customer service experience.
• Two years of automotive maintenance, repair consultation, or dealership experience.
• Degree in Automotive Technology preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Willing to accept starting pay of $26.60-$28.60/hr.
• Ability to meet work-from-home technical requirements.
• Authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Work From Home Requirements

• Reliable high-speed internet (no DSL or satellite).
• Minimum upload speed of 5Mb and download speed of 25Mb, latency less than 100ms.
